There’s nothing that rivals the joy that comes from leading people closer to Jesus, and it’s never been easier! With over 80% of the unchurched knowing the world is out of control . . . and hoping there’s a God who can make sense out of the chaos.
God mandated that you share your faith, almost everyone is searching for Him, the clock is ticking and there’s nothing more fun than knowing God is using you to move people closer to Him. And the worse it gets, the easier it will be as the cares of this world grow strangely dim, in the light of His glory and grace!
Life is About Redemption
It’s incomprehensible that Almighty God, the Creator of everything, created us intending us to be His friends for Eternity. In fact, His Son Jesus came and died for us to make that possible. Greater love has no man than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends (John 15:11). And He doesn’t want anyone to miss out. For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost (Luke 19:10).
God gives us our brief time on Earth to: Learn who He is, to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, and to live our lives for His purpose . . . to seek and save the lost. Choose you this day who you will serve (Joshua 24:15). A hundred years from now, the only thing that will matter is whether or not you lived your life for His purpose (Romans 8:28).
You’re in Full-Time Ministry
Loving everyone around you as yourself, is being as concerned for their Salvation as you are your own . . . knowing everything you do and say moves everyone watching you closer or further away from God.
The Great Commission doesn’t send you into the world to pray, or read your Bible, or be a ‘good person.’ Before I placed you in your Mother’s womb, I set you apart to be my spokesman (Jeremiah 1:5). You are ‘God’s Spokesman,’ called to move everyone, every day, closer to Jesus!
Faith Comes By Hearing
Christians want to believe that actions speak louder than words, because it gets them off the hook for sharing their faith. The problem is, it’s not scriptural and it doesn’t work. Being good doesn’t get you or anyone else into Heaven. The world is full of good people, doing good things, that have nothing to do with redemption.
Almost every Christian can quote the words of St. Francis of Assisi, “Preach the Gospel at all times and, when necessary, use words.” But St. Francis never said that or anything like that. Romans 10:14 asks: “How shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard,” followed by Romans 10:17, “So then Faith comes by hearing, and hearing the Word of God.” Bottom Line: Jesus didn’t say, “Go into the world and just be a good person.”
The World is Desperate for What You Have
At this very moment, the world (including your neighbors), is paralyzed in fear and trembling, feeling overwhelmed and powerless to end the chaos that’s coming from all directions. They’re desperate for the ‘peace that passes all understanding’ that you have, and is only available to those who’ve accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Out of the thousands of years of human history and the 114 billion people who have lived on this earth, God chose you for this moment in time: To share His message of love and Salvation with those who are seeking Him! Now is the time to let your light shine, allowing people who want to know, to want what you have!
Experience Miracles Every Day
Thus saith the Lord, I appointed you as my witness so that you will believe (Isaiah 43:10). When you’re leading people to Jesus, no one has to remind you to pray or read your Bible. You automatically have an insatiable urge to do both, in preparation for your next encounter. And you’ll be amazed by the words that come out of your mouth during your encounters, as the Holy Spirit speaks through you.
Nothing ignites your faith faster than watching God direct people into your life and then speaking to them through you. Nothing in the entire human experience matches God’s confirmation that He’s using you for His purpose and giving you absolute faith!
