Barry Meguiar

Everybody, welcome back to ignite. You know, we’re all about sharing faith and how the opportunities are around us and how much fun it is and the blessings come back. So I talked to a lot of people about sharing faith. I talked to a lot of people who are not sharing their faith with them for the ones that are sharing their faith, the ones that are having the most fun doing it. Um, there is a common, there are common threads, okay. One of them is they love God, every every faith sharer I know that’s not doing it out of obligation, being religious, but just are having fun sharing their faith. They’re just in love with God. They did. God I mean, nothing separate. Just love You, God, what can I do? How can I serve you? You know, the joy that comes? I mean, it’s evident in every face sharer, I bump into it, I’m there all over the place. There’s, there’s not in total, there’s a small percentage, but but there’s a lot of us that there’s a lot of Christins, we’re gonna be talking to Christina about it. And when you come in, you’re merely family. I mean, it’s just like, yes, it’s so much fun but there’s also another part of it, I found and that is that almost without exception, there has been great pain. Great trials. If you’re not testing, you know, we have things go wrong and we want to complain about them where are you God and why after all done for you. He says were to receive these challenges as as gifts, you know, they perfect us. Karen, and I had been through challenges. You know, we’re in the verge of bankruptcy were their business, we had a joint venture partner and I found out he paid off board members, and the next morning, he’s gonna throw me out of my business, okay. I was in the hospital, and the doctors gave up on me. And let me know, there was no hope. For me, it was all the tubes in my body to everything. I lost my daughter. I have two daughters. I lost one of them two years ago, I know challenges. So for me this is is not an academic. This is this is real life, folks. You all we’ve all been through lots of stuff, I want you to know, I’m with you on that. And I want you to know that I thank God for every thing that’s happened to me. Everything. The people that have come into my life, try to destroy my life. I have some right now. I have one that’s been been at me for 20 years, and is still saying really ugly things about me on social network, you know. And I had the opportunity to be with you the other day, and I told him I loved him. He says, Okay, how can you love me after all the crap I’ve given you all these years, you know. It’s, it’s, it’s fun, you, you it’s like you, I like into Star Wars, you know, in Star Wars rather than go into warp speed, right? And it’s taken like and then you go through the sudden there’s peace. When you get through that wobble show, I forgive I don’t want to forgive a love there. And you get through that. And you remember that there’s no end to forgiveness, it’s it’s, it’s 70 times sevens, the extra mile really is. And when you get there, the freedom you have to just love everybody, no matter what they’ve done to you. And sometimes they do some pretty bad stuff to us so that I have the poster child for this kind of a story. Christine, so come on and join us here, Christy I mean, you are one of the most amazing faith sharers I’ve ever seen. Because you grew up in this idyllic Christian home with a loving family and prayer on the table every night. And and the pastor calling you out and and and reward and give you favored your church and you were the singer in there. Wait a minute, do I have that wrong? Or

Christine Soule

A little bit? Yeah. One thing that was accurate is yeah, no.

Barry Meguiar

You believe this gal’s story and you know, I don’t want to dwell on that. And yet I do. Can you can you take this enormous story testimony and put it in about three minutes it people will not believe. You can’t get to where you are from where you were with except for God. You can’t it’s not possible for you to be this smiling, joyful person for where you came from. That’s God. That’s God. So but just a little bit about where you, how would God rescued you from what Satan meant for bad, Satan saying he had you there was no way out he had you.

Christine Soule

I can do this. Okay, started doing drugs at 10 at 17 I was pregnant with my first daughter less than two years later, I had identical twin boys. I was being trafficked, I was abused, I was living a gay lifestyle, I hated the world and I was filled with rage. And at 21 I fell to my knees and I cried out to God and I said, if you are real, take my life, it’s yours and I fell to my my knees I cried out and and you know what he so tangibly gave me his presence showed me the presence of God. And and I went and I threw the drugs and alcohol away. And where I should have had a heart attack for stopping meth the way that I did. Instead, I never even had a desire, temptation or withdrawal, I was completely set free. But you know, it set me on this journey, I needed to figure out who this Jesus guy was. And then I also ended up with three babies bouncing from house to house, not knowing how I was gonna survive. And you know, it was that moment in my life, it was up till that point, one of the most beautiful, fabulous moments of my life. And, and it was where my journey began. And so that’s, that’s really who I am. I met the love of my life. Right after that I have been married for 24 years, I have had the opportunity to go from extreme poverty, to living a life of philanthropy and loving people radically. And I will tell you what, when you take what the enemy has done for evil, and you allow God to turn it for good, why for the saving of many lives, man, it’s the greatest rush in the world. Barry, I’ve done a lot of drugs, and there’s nothing like the high of the Holy Spirit.

Barry Meguiar

Thank you that that’s the best that you could say, you know highs from drugs, you’ve seen the best of those highs, right?

Christine Soule

It’s called a cheap imitation.

Barry Meguiar

The high of serving the Lord and walking away from a faith sharing encounter. Is there anything that matches? No, you just moved somebody closer to Jesus.

Christine Soule

It’s like your own salvation over again. Every single time.

Barry Meguiar

It really is. I want to talk about Providence heights for a minute because, again, I wanted to talk about how you share your faith. That’s what we’re here for. But Providence high does such a wonderful how you’re giving back and you’re helping girls that are they’re trapped. And you’ve you’ve provided this ministry that aid is and what’s your, how you’re transforming lives. A lot of lives can’t share province heights right quick. It’s so very special. It really is.

Christine Soule

Providence Heights is a residential entrepreneurial training center. And we house women and children that are in need. However, our real focus, we’re very unique to anything that’s out there. Our focus is really to launch them into their destiny. So number one is all about Jesus, someone to believe in them training and education and giving them the opportunity to launch and so the housing is great a spectacular we have a beautiful hotel that they’re staying in. But it’s in Bellevue, Washington but we’re gonna expand across the United States. And so the great thing about it though, is you don’t go to university for a dorm, you go to a university to change the trajectory of your life. At Providence heights, they don’t go for housing. That’s not who we take in. We are preventative, we are all about launching women, so that they never have to experience they we don’t ever have to know what our statistics are and how many people we saved from the streets. I just want to know that they love Jesus and they’ve launched into what God created him to be. That’s what we are Providence Heights.

Barry Meguiar

What a role model you are for that. I mean, it just it’s just amazing. I mean, I we have great fun hanging out together, we get to go to different places that were there. We’re sharing and it’s always ready to hear your latest stories and it all but okay, so you have this rapidly growing ministry. I know a lot of Christians that how can I say this. It’s about first love. God wants to be to first love and when he’s not, whatever occupies our energy, our time, our resources, our prayer life, what fills our prayers, whatever it is, is our God. And that doesn’t have to be something like drugs, it could be a ministry. There. We both know people who are doing really great things, but all they talk about is their ministry. And they get more money for their ministry, doing all these things, and that has become their god, it’s good. And I think it’s it’s such a wonderful opportunity to have you on to speak to those types of Christians and there’s a lot of them watching this right now that you have this incredible testimony, you have this wonderful ministry, and you need money for that minister, you’re raising money for the ministry, and it’s growing fast, you can even I mean, but the joy, your joy can I say comes from just letting God he comes through every part of your body. It just everything you say your actions, you can’t you cannot look at Christie without say, she’s got the joy of the Lord. I mean, it not just the words, but everything you do just brings glory to God. That’s, that’s my, that’s my view of you. And that’s why I have so much respect for you. It’s so talk about how much fun it is share your faith, and why you get so excited. And then some practical experiences at what does that mean on a day to day basis, away from your ministry, but just living, you know, quote unquote, normal life?

Christine Soule

Well, I’ll tell you, it’s, it’s truly the seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all other things will be added unto you. If I’m just seeking Him. If every day I wake up and I say, Lord, what do you want me to do today? Who do you want me to talk to you today? Your way, Lord, if that’s really my heart, He takes care of Providence Heights, Providence Heights is good. How do I love people? Everywhere I am, everything that I’m doing, how do I encourage people, I believe that everywhere you go, you need to leave people better off than when you got there. And I say that you can actually change your entire environment in less than 90 seconds. And if you don’t believe it, try the opposite. Be negative, walk into a happy room and be negative and have an attitude. And watch how fast that environment changes. Christians are quite good at doing that, by the way. We can do it for the kingdom of God. And you know what I will tell you, we have we are on a wellness retreat right now. And and we have set the stage. There are 25 people here. And we have set the stage for the kingdom of God because you know what? I just started preaching Jesus to everyone. So giggling, I will tell you what, Barry, you set me up. Because right before my trip, I talked to you on the phone, you said hey, do you have some faith sharing stories? And I’m like, I have I have this one. I have this one. And then you send me a text last night? Do you have any new ones so I can be supplied?

Barry Meguiar

Over the last 10-15 minutes the last hour, what’s your latest story?

Christine Soule

So guess what every story I have is here at the Wellness retreat. Since I talked to you last. So I first I have a confession to make. And I’m going to tell you, I’m going to be raw and real because that’s who I am. I’m going to talk to your viewers about just the reality of sometimes we we missed the mark. So I will tell you my very first day here. And there’s two gals that sit down on the couch in front of us. And one is super bubbly. She’s wonderful. The other one, I’m just not real talkative, didn’t have a lot to say. And so I asked her question, and then she just respond. And then the other gal, you know, so she’s the one who I’m engaging with because she’s talking. So the next day, I’m sorry, not the next day, that evening, I go to sit down with my husband at the dinner table and you’re sitting in community tables. So I sit down at the table with my husband. And this one gal her name is Linda, sits at a table across from us. And I see her and she doesn’t look real happy. And so a few more people sit down at our table and no one sits at Linda’s table. I’m I’m thinking in my head, oh gosh, everybody’s starting to fill the seats. But this woman is by herself at the table still and, and I thought about asking her over. But she didn’t look really happy and she didn’t seem like she was in the mood. And so I’m like, another sits down another sits down our tables full. And then I see the woman and her kind of irritation moves to sadness. And then I kind of felt the sting and I went I needed to invite her to the table. Um, and then I thought, Oh, well, maybe I should just

Barry Meguiar

We’ve all felt that okay.

Christine Soule

Yes, I know, right.

Barry Meguiar

Oh, I should have you know, talking to the choir. Okay.

Christine Soule

yep. Oh, yeah. So then so then I think oh, maybe we should just scoot a seat over and pull her in, well, then I didn’t. She got up and she left. She didn’t come back for dinner. That’s the only dinner you get. There is no other restaurant here. She did not participate with the group. Well, the next day, here I am. Dear Jesus, thank you so much for all you’re doing. Lord, I just ask that you use me today. Show me Lord, who I can reach for your kingdom and for your purpose, Lord, oh my gosh, slap upside the head. Well, I tried to and you rejected her yesterday, you ignored her. And I just sat there like dagger to my heart. I’m like, oh, Lord, please forgive me. I’m sure she needs it more than anyone here. When I said please, God, let me have another chance with her. So I get up and we go, we have lunch. And guess who sits right beside me? Wow, does the woman have a story? She’s amazing. She’s a powerhouse, that woman. She is exactly, I feel like if there’s no other reason that I came to this wellness retreat is for that woman who we’ve already exchanged contact information. She’s hugged me 12 times. I mean, she’s amazing. It has been such a blessing to be able to connect with her. So you know what, just, I just want to say to all of your viewers, sometimes, like you said, Barry sometimes that happens, you feel like man, I missed the mark. Just ask for forgiveness and try to hit the mark the next time. We don’t need to beat ourselves over the head over it. But you know, be sensitive, Barry, you say, follow the nudge and live in the fog. I didn’t follow the nudge. I know, I didn’t follow the nudge. And, and you know what, God gave me another opportunity. But yeah, when you feel it, just just go and reach that person and, and love on them even even if they don’t seem like they’re as excited to chat with you. You do it anyway.

Barry Meguiar

Actually, they’re your greatest opportunity. Because hurting people need Jesus the most, you know, it’s, it’s, it’s amazing. It’s just amazing how that works. And it happens often, I think, to all of us, or you may not notice it, but you bump into somebody. And then you didn’t orchestrate it, nor did they, but you bump into them again. On the second time, I’m thinking okay, God, I think you might even might be just happenstance by thinking you might be up to something and, and I try to start a conversation, I’m trying to kind of nudging moving into a little bit thinking and nothing really happens. And I just say, God walk you over to talk to you the via, and there’s that third time, and then you hit it. I mean, you just gotta have your attenea out.

Christine Soule

That’s it. You got to him saying, hey, just just start talking. And he always gives you the words to say it’s not complicated. I don’t I don’t study or practice some big, I don’t know special saying, I just I just asked God, what do you want me to say to him? And and he always leads the way. And it’s usually, I just find beautiful things about people and everybody has something amazing about themselves. And I just, I typically just oh my gosh, you have the most amazing eyes or, or I love your outfit, you know? And you just start talking.

Barry Meguiar

People are starving for love. And when you do that, not to manipulate?

Christine Soule

No

Barry Meguiar

You’re doing because you really you see that. And they can tell the difference, you know. When you, you say I just love your your eyes. You’re just so whatever it is. People are starving for love. Everybody’s starving for love. Nobody has time for them. And they all said here’s person they don’t even know loving on them. It

Christine Soule

Totally

Barry Meguiar

And then they open up. Can you believe how fast people open up to you when you love on them? They’ll tell you.

Christine Soule

Yeah. And that’s my other thing is I like to share my story. Because you know what, by sharing my story, my husband says I have a Jericho anointing and don’t look that up in the Bible. It’s not there. It’s that he says I break down walls everywhere I go. And and I believe that you know, just let’s be wall breakers and and reach people’s hearts. And the thing is, I think we look at people and we think things all the time. Not necessarily that guys should talk to girls, you know, in this way or girls to guys vice versa. But you know, I think girls all the time look at another woman and go wow, I love that outfit. Wow. She has beautiful hair. Wow. She has an amazing smile. And we don’t say it. We think it but we don’t say it. Why not? Why not let people know or just when we notice someone saying or doing something kind or working hard just to say, Oh, you’re an amazing hard worker brings value to that.

Barry Meguiar

We’ll circle back for a minute, because it’s a really big point. And you you said it so effortlessly, but it’s huge. God just gives you the words to say, once the Scriptures tell us that the Holy Spirit at that moment, right, the whole at that moment, the Holy Spirit, it may be a life experience, it may be somebody else’s life experience, it may be a passage of Scripture, a life, whatever. I mean, it’s not the same thing. You use the right, he just let God he just speaks through you. Is that not the most amazing thing when you know, God just inspired you to tell that person and you see the change in their countenance in their life? Isn’t that amazing?

Christine Soule

You know, one of the sweet servers here said to me, I’ve never had anyone here, in all the years I’ve worked here, that was as nice as you.

Barry Meguiar

Whoa.

Christine Soule

And I just thought, Oh, my goodness,

Barry Meguiar

Wow.

Christine Soule

How do we share kindness? How do we let people know how valuable what a treasure they are? Why would we not? Why would we have the ability to put that instill that in someone’s life and make their day? And and just sprinkle that with Jesus all over it? Why would we not?

Barry Meguiar

How can we? How can we be observers? We’re all going to restaurants all the time. How can we be so selfish?

Christine Soule

Yeah.

Barry Meguiar

That operates right. It just focused on our stuff and, and be demanding and a Christians are notorious cheap tippers, you know? So, I mean, we’re we had this, that the in the message that we carry this precious gift around in the clay pots of our ordinary lives. It’s precious, how can we not share it? How could we not do that?

Christine Soule

If he could save a wretch like me?

Barry Meguiar

Yeah.

Christine Soule

Why would I not? If he could do that in my life? Why would I not share that with someone else?

Barry Meguiar

And to recognize that most people don’t know that they’re, they’re doing horrible things. We see it on the news every night. But this is, I mean, there’s some bad people, I think that are just evil. But I would say 99% of people they’re not bad. They’re just lost. There, they can only act on what they know. And they don’t know there’s a God who loves them. And if they’re not, if we don’t tell them, they’re not going to church, if we don’t tell them they’re not going to know the Scriptures say that real clearly. That’s, that’s on us. They don’t know because we Christians are not telling them and how we cheat ourselves in the process. I mean, it does the highest points of our life, the highest high we could possibly have doing the thing that’s needed most by the world. I mean, the thing we most need to do gives us our greatest high. I mean, it doesn’t get any better than that.

Christine Soule

It doesn’t get any better. You know, the girl that I was just sharing with you about? And she had said to me, I asked her, you know, what are you looking for to receive on this wellness retreat? You know, what is it that you want to receive from this? And she goes, Well, there’s the four quadrants. And she says the four quadrants, essentially it was spirit, soul and body. But she had a spiritual it was I can’t even remember what it was. But but one of them was spiritual. And I said, Oh, I said, You came here for Jesus. Jesus, do you know what she’s doing? She’s there’s a 400 year old chapel. That’s this right up the hill from us. I sent her my shot my Spotify playlist, and she’s gonna go up and worship Jesus. She’s brand new to the Lord. And I’m like, Here, listen, go, go listen to this, because she said, I just want to go be by myself. She’s talked about meditation and that kind of thing. I said, No, no, let me send you a worship list. This is really where you’re going to hear from God. So as I went to go do this, she went to go walk up to listen to her, her Spotify in a chapel.

Barry Meguiar

Wow,

Christine Soule

Come on.

Barry Meguiar

And you know how the Holy Spirit ministers through music, will touch her spirit. You wouldn’t say to everybody that was customized for her. That’s what Godtold you to tell her.

Christine Soule

Yeah,

Barry Meguiar

There’s no script. It just let the Holy Spirit lead us and guide us and watch people’s lives change before our eyes. Is that not cool?

Christine Soule

It is more can be when you just trust that God’s the one doing it.

Barry Meguiar

He really is. Can you think of one? It could be what you’ve told me, I don’t care. You’re just a spontaneous one. You were you never I mean, you just bumped into somebody, and you walk away. How God puts us together isn’t it amazing. I think he directs their steps, as well as ours, the steps of the righteous are directed by the Lord. I think that sense of the unrighteous the I think, if he knows we’re in business, if he knows, we had the message, he’ll bring people that are wanting the message over to us. So don’t you think that’s true? How he brings people into your life?

Christine Soule

Absolutely. Absolutely. You know, there’s, there’s, there’s so many here, and I’ll share another one. And that that’s outside of this. But you know, I will say there’s, there’s two people I’ve gotten to pray with here, which has been amazing. And, and one, one gal who’s trying to get to Australia, and then I just said, Give me your hands, I said, we’re just gonna pray over this. And so she sits down and she prays with me, and she’s crying, and she goes, this is just what I needed. This is just what I needed. You know, what, just truly, if you if you make it your mission field to really talk to people everywhere you go, I could, I could tell you almost every personnel 25 People has had a little touch of Jesus. And and and so that’s a very exciting opportunity here. And one thing that comes to mind is well, two things, I guess. But one, I was just in a restaurant the other day, and I was we had just an amazing server and he had just gotten seated. He was lovely. Didn’t really get to talk to him about Jesus yet. We were just kind of getting settled in. But there was like a gal who, who sat up to go leave. And I jumped up because I just felt like she needed some encouragement.

Barry Meguiar

Oh, just sitting in another table.

Christine Soule

Yeah. And she got up to leave. And as soon as and I didn’t, I didn’t notice her until she got up to walk away. And I thought, My gosh, I needed I need to chase that woman down. So I walked over there. And I said, I said, Can I just tell you something? And she was like, Yeah, and I said, I just want you to know, God loves you so much. He loves you so much. And I feel like what you need to hear right now is that he is so proud of you. And she just burst into tears. And I said, I’m so proud of you. I said, baby girl, He’s so proud of you. And she just wept. And that was always said, I just and I said it over and over and over. I think that’s all she needed to hear out of me. He’s proud of me. And so it was so amazing. And we hugged and I prayed for her. And I go and I sit down. And then the server comes up to me and he goes, I knew you were Christian. I knew it. I knew just the way that you were talking to me that you were a Christian. And you go and talking to your friend over there. And that was amazing. And I go, I go, Oh, that’s not my friend. I go, I don’t know who she was and he goes you didn’t know that girl. You know, didn’t you know her you’re whole life? And I go I go, No, no, I just really felt like she needed to know that God was proud of her. And you know, we just had the most amazing conversation. And so I think the amazing thing about that is that we don’t necessarily realize the people that are watching us. And I think that’s really important to know that whether it’s good or bad attitude or graciousness and shining Jesus’s love people are watching and that has impact as well. So you can be lovely, lovely to the people at your table. But treat treat the server bad. We just made a really loud statement as to some character stuff.

Barry Meguiar

Yeah.

Christine Soule

And and so to just I think always be aware, not only are you ministering to the people you’re talking to you’re ministering to everyone around who can see that.

Barry Meguiar

360 everything. Everything we say and do is moving people closer or further away from God.

Christine Soule

Yeah.

Barry Meguiar

Christians like to come into restaurants and they’re demanding to make a lot of noise after church and they stay twice as long as they should and then they stiffed the waitress you know, or, or just the people watching and they know you’re a Christian we are a city set on the hill and you do something unkind to somebody they say I don’t want to be part of that. i, that’s not real. So we are in full time ministry, aren’t we? We’re not, we’re not clergy, but we’re in full time ministry. Everything we do at say moves everybody closer or further away from God that’s that’s that’s a big thought.

Christine Soule

Yeah.

Barry Meguiar

it’s a big thought. You say it so well and you do it so well. At conferences I’ll look over it and I’ll see you just going for it loving God people you know, it’s what you do. That’s what Christians do. We love the Lord. It just should flow through us. It’s it’s fun that

Christine Soule

it is so much fun, I enjoy so much. Oh, I have another one I thought of on the airplane. So I’m on the airplane, I’m chatting with the person next to me. And that was amazing. We’re talking about about Jesus and all of that good stuff. And that was great. But it was the flight attendant that I actually kind of said, Hey, I just want you to know, I appreciate you so much. How are you doing through all of the COVID stuff? And what is going on? And are things picking up and has it like and Are you feeling better about it? So we chatted for a little bit, and I said, I just want you to know, I appreciate you. I really appreciate you. Okay, the guy next to me who I’m talking about Jesus, he he’s overhearing this and her her response, who literally was like, really, really? Okay, that affected him more than my Jesus talk.

Barry Meguiar

Yeah. Yeah.

Christine Soule

He said afterwards. Okay. Yeah. Now, that was cool.

Barry Meguiar

That I call that I got a twofer. When you’re talking to somebody here, and it’s affecting somebody over there.

Christine Soule

That’s a good one.

Barry Meguiar

I was, I was with a friend and his favorite restaurant. And he’d been eating there for years. And we ordered, and she knew exactly what he wanted. And I said, so she, she knows you’re a Christian. He says, Well, I’m not sure if she does or not. I wait a minute, don’t you come in here is a nice restaurant. Don’t you come in here several times a week? Yeah. How long? Oh, maybe three years? Are you telling me that you don’t over three years? And she doesn’t know you’re a Christian? Well, I don’t want to you know, I don’t know how to do that. I said, Well, you just missed a golden opportunity. Just introduce me. Right? You just said this. My friend Barry Meguiar. You could have said this my friend Barry Meguiar from church, we met each other at church.

Christine Soule

That’s a guy who is radically crazy about Jesus.

Barry Meguiar

Well, I don’t ever say that. Just the fact that just the fact that he said my friend from church tells him tell us that the waitress the server, that he’s not only a good person, but he’s a good person, because he goes to church, just that simple. It’s just the game. Just the little things we can do to impact people. It’s so easy, but you have to be intentional. You have to be intentional.

Christine Soule

You got it.

Barry Meguiar

And when you’re intentional it just works. It is so much it’s so much fun. Any last thing thought for for a final thought you want to put out there for people, why should people, why should their share faith? Why? Why should we do that?

Christine Soule

That is like the best question, we should share our faith because you know what, we’re going to have a party in heaven. And I want to invite as many people as well. That’s my heart I want to gather as many as possible. I believe I’m sucking air on this planet earth so that I can draw as many people as I can as possible in that process.

Barry Meguiar

That’s that’s a great word great word, everybody. If you’re not sharing you faith you’re you’re missing out on all the fun. If you happen to be someone who tuned in right now that maybe you didn’t know what you’re watching here, but you have been hurt and bad things have happened to you and you think you’re far from God and God couldn’t love you. And you couldn’t be used by God. Boy, this didn’t shout the message. Folks. God loves all of us the same. You can say this to every person you meet. Every person you meet, you get tell him this with authority. God loves you. And then I add to it and he loves you as much he’s ever loved anybody as much as David as much as Paul, as much as his own son Jesus Christ that’s how much God loves you that message and you can’t get it you can’t get away from his love. You just can’t, you there’s it’s impossible to get away from God’s love and when he loves you that much you know you’re forgiven much and if you’re struggling let me tell you their struggles they are not hindrances they’re advantages. I have not been through what Christine’s been through but I’ve been through hell and back several times. And and they are my testimony. God meant every one of those of those for bad he was trying to crush me. And every time I hit through smiling it just God you’re awesome and and your testimony is brighter. Your light is brighter in the darkness when when you’re when they when you’re in the middle of that, when you’re in the middle of the darkness. People don’t expect you to be happy and I know artificial and I don’t mean you don’t say why did you know it’s hard and I’ve got one but but nothing robbed your joy nothing, nothing. Don’t let anything rob your joy. I was being rushed to the to the operating room and it was it was an emergency, it was serious and I’m laying on the gurney and this the candlelight to the seat. My daughter Nicole was running, running as fast as she could beside me as fast as she could. And she says Dad, she didn’t say I’m praying for you. She didn’t say have faith dad. She didn’t say it’s gonna be alright dad. You know what she was saying? She says, Dad this is your testimony. This is your testimony and I was I the drugs hadn’t started working, I still had my mind you know? Testimony. What? And all of a sudden it hit me, this is my testimony, I’m good before surgery I’m good and BAM we went through those doors and it’s been 10 years. You know for 10 years that’s been my testimony. You have the joy before not after you get through it. But you haven’t before you know God is going to give me I don’t know how. Everytime stuff happens to us Karen and I say we don’t we don’t know how you’re going to do it but it’s going to be interesting. He did you got us into this mess today now you’re gonna have to get us, it’s gonna be as easy how you use this for your good. But you just know that you know, that you know. Christine knows that. Because he God you brought her out of all that it comes through so clearly. And if you’re hurting use it, whatever you’re going through right now use it for God’s glory. Give Satan a black eye, he’s trying to get you. No way. No way. What Satan means for bad, God uses for good. You saw that Christine’s life. She just it’s an amazing ambassador for Christ as we’re all called to be every moment of every day. Is that great or what? Hope you enjoyed this podcast and hey, we’ll see you next time.
