Human nature, being what it is, compels us to make the same mistakes, over and over again, from generation to generation. Just as the Children of Israel turned their backs on God after enjoying His blessings, America has done the very same thing, with less than 20% of our population still going to church pre-COVID. But God is faithful to us on a personal basis and your obedience to Him compels Him to protect you, and direct you, and put a bounce in your step, regardless of how dark it gets.
