I Timothy 4:1 warns us that in the latter times, some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons. With the seriousness of these days upon us, we can no longer presume that our favorite ministers or best friends are in sync with the Word of God. Indeed, it’s time to seek the gift of discernment, lest you be led astray by false teachings by someone you shouldn’t trust. And it’s only by reading and understanding God’s Word, that you will know the difference.
