Who Can Stop The Chaos?

How Far We Have Fallen!
America has become the exact opposite of ‘one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all’ . . . crafted by Godly men who put everything they had on the line for the creation of this great country.

Our Declaration of Independence states: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. And with the same God Inspired Genius, our Founders crafted our Constitution . . . the longest running governing document in the world that made America the most blessed and inventive and generous country in human history.

Separation of Church and State?
America was founded on Godly Principals by Godly men. Evangelists like Jonathon Edwards and George Whitefield ushered in the Great Awakening that swept the colonies. Determined to avoid all possibility of state sponsored religion, our founders stressed separation of Church and State while seeking God’s approval for their every move. As historic proof of this, the largest church in Washington D.C. was established in our U.S. Capitol Building when it was moved to D.C. in the fall of 1800. In fact, Abraham Lincoln was inspired to end slavery while attending church in our U.S. Capitol.

The Perils of Self-Rule!
Leading up to our Declaration of Independence in 1776, there were heated debates as to whether or not people could be sufficiently virtuous and moral to be a republic and govern themselves. Benjamin Franklin wrote, “Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters”. Benjamin Franklin penned the exact circumstances of where we are today . . . corrupt and vicious!

While 70% of our population proclaims themselves to be Christian, less than 20% of our population still goes to church regularly and only half of those are saved . . . having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof. Every statistic confirms that we’ve become a Godless, Post-Christian Society . . . filled and primarily taught and governed by those who are lost in darkness and blinded to the truth.

So Where Is God In The Midst Of The Chaos?
God declared in Deuteronomy 11:26-28: I am setting before you today . . . a blessing if you obey my commands . . . and a curse if you will not.  After 240 years of God blessing us with unparalleled growth and prosperity, we now find ourselves on the wrong side of God’s Promise with the rain falling on the just and the unjust.

The scriptures have never been more true! We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness  . . . against spiritual wickedness in high places.  We can’t win this battle with politics and the minds of man, regardless of how smart we are.

So What’s The Answer?
The 10% of us who know the Lord are the answer!  The fields are white for harvest: 86% of the unchurched would like to believe there’s a God who can make sense out of the chaos and are looking for someone to tell them about Him.  But the laborers are few: less than 1% of us are telling them.  It’s time to take personal responsibility for our country’s future!  Turn your light on, get off the bench and into the game, obey the Great Commission and start living your life daily for God’s Purpose, to seek and save the lost (Romans 8:28).

You’re In Full-Time Ministry!
God loves those who oppose Him and His people just as much as He loves you.  They’re simply doing what people in darkness do – Satan blinds the minds of those who don’t believe – and by your silence, you’re leaving the unsaved in your life in darkness. And when we all do that, we have chaos! God’s calling you to use everything you say and do to love everyone around you into Heaven . . . moving everyone, every day, closer to Jesus!

You Can Stop The Chaos?
People are desperate for the love, joy and peace that you have and the world can’t provide.  It’s time for you and every one of us to allow God to love people through us – so they will see the Glory of God in you and want what you have.  It’s time for you to realize that Revival starts with you and without Revival, we have chaos!

It’s time for you and every one of us to be changemakers . . . allowing God to love everyone through you, provoking them to see God in you and wanting what you have . . . for themselves.  Peace only comes from God.  My peace I leave with you, not as the world gives, give I unto you.
